Being Counseling LLC
Many of the clients I work best with are high-achieving, driven people—often the ones who look like they have it all together on the outside. They've hit goals, built resumes, earned degrees, and stepped into leadership roles, but somewhere along the way they lost touch with what actually feels meaningful. They're dealing with a kind of emptiness or disconnection that's hard to name, especially because it doesn't look like a crisis from the outside. I also work with clients navigating grief that doesn't get much recognition—loss that isn't always acknowledged as loss, like the end of a relationship, a shift in identity, or a loss of direction and purpose.
If you're someone who's used to pushing through and figuring things out on your own, our work together will focus on slowing down enough to understand what's underneath the drive—and rebuilding a sense of purpose and connection, not just managing symptoms. I often use walk-and-talk sessions outdoors, since many clients find it easier to open up away from a traditional office setting. My approach draws on your own life patterns and systems—your relationships, your history, your environment—rather than treating you as a set of symptoms to fix.
