Thrive Together Telehealth
Are you dealing with the effects of anxiety, depression, ADHD, or a mood disorder on you and your loved ones' lives? Let me help you navigate a course to improved mental health so you can be your best self and thrive rather than just survive. I believe in a holistic approach to health, including mental health. My focus is on patient-centered care using a combination of medication, education, and therapy using evidence-based medicine and patient preferences to drive treatment. Appointments in 1 to 2 weeks, or less, pending confirmation of insurance. Will also work with your individual finances. I look forward to working with you on your journey. Reach out to me today at my practice, Thrive Together Telehealth. Openings available this week!
Sara Dore
Hello! Searching for a counselor can be a very overwhelming task, but a good fit is so important. In my practice I use evidenced-based practices and strive to make them unique to each client. Some of us process by talking, walking, singing, creating or playing and therapy should be a place to process in a safe and familiar way. I have walked along side people who are hurting, lonely, hopeless, feeling stuck, facing big transitions and are looking for a safe place to land. If you think I would be a good fit or would like to learn more please check out my website at www.sarardore.com. Be kind to yourself, you will get through this.

Chesilin Suek, PMHNP-BC
I’m Chesilin Suek, PMHNP, and I’m dedicated to helping adults and teens who feel overwhelmed by anxiety that won’t quiet down, depression that dims their spark, ADHD that makes life feel like constant catch-up, or OCD that traps them in exhausting cycles. Together, we create space for healing, clarity, and forward momentum. I offer a supportive, judgment-free environment where you’re met with understanding, encouragement, and respect every step of the way. My approach focuses on treating the whole person—not just symptoms. While I provide evidence-based medication support when appropriate, I also look at sleep, stress, relationships, lifestyle, and the deeper patterns that influence how you feel and function day to day. Care is never one-size-fits-all; we work collaboratively to create a plan that aligns with your goals, values, and real life. You are not broken, weak, or a burden—you’re human, doing your best in a world that can feel overwhelming. You deserve to feel better, not just get by. You deserve hope, energy, and something to look forward to. You don’t have to keep surviving on autopilot. Together, we’ll untangle what’s holding you back and work toward the life you’ve been wanting and deserve.

Andrea Garraway Counseling PLLC
I am Dr. Garraway. I am a helper and I have a knack for finding remote and unexpected places to reinvigorate in touch. One secret of success is always being myself, colloquial, informal, and humorous. While evidence-based, I counsel from the familiar, practical, and everyday examples. My practice is 100% remote but still 100% warm, compassionate, and human. Here you will find a mental health psychotherapist, who specializes in substance-use treatment for adults and couples. I teach you how to listen to and honor the various parts of yourself that seek a voice, whether that be a thought, feeling, or observation, while challenging self-limiting beliefs, using a kind and loving approach that is transferable to other life challenges.
Dr. Michelle Constantino
I have a passion for getting to know the unique person that you are, and discovering ways to challenge and empower you. My goal is to help make you comfortable with change, and achieve the life goals that you have for yourself. I typically work with college students who are struggling to find the motivation to succeed and setting goals that feel like a good fit/realistic for them.
