Welcome! I work with college-aged individuals, and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, or challenges at home, school, or in relationships. Many feel stuck, misunderstood, or unsure how to move forward. I provide a safe, open, nonjudgmental space to feel heard and supported. Together, we identify underlying patterns, build insight, and develop practical skills to create meaningful, lasting change. Please email me if you'd like to inquire about other available appointment slots. Thank you!

We are all on a constant journey of self-discovery and healing, but you don’t have to go on this journey alone. Whether it’s anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, stress, life changes, relationship difficulties, or even feeling unsure of exactly what is keeping you from your full potential, I am here to help guide you to feeling some relief. As your therapist I will work with you to develop coping skills, change negative self-talk, and find ways to achieve your goals. I utilize a holistic approach to counseling and view the entire person and their experiences as a whole. My approach to therapy is dependent on each client’s wants and needs. I recognize that each client is the expert of their own life and that my role is to be a safe, non-judgmental person who helps guide you to becoming closer to who you want to be. I use a strengths-based approach to empower clients to make positive and meaningful life changes. You've already taken the first step in the healing process by beginning your search. By taking the next step, you are investing in yourself, and making you a priority. I would be honored to support you and walk alongside you in your journey. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions or would like to set up an appointment.

Lisa Olivera inspired me when she stated, “Just because no one else can heal or do your inner work, does not mean you can, should, or need to do it alone.” We all heal in different ways, and I value the importance of meeting a client where they are at in their healing journey, remaining patient every step of the way. I believe that everyone should have the opportunity to heal in a safe space, alongside someone who can guide and teach them along the way. As a therapist I am dedicated to creating a safe space for all of my clients, working collaboratively with each individual as they work towards their current goals while ensuring a consistent, non-judgmental environment is maintained. I am a LLMSW with prior work experience in private practice and family preservation. I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities and interventions, including but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Motivational Interviewing. I am committed to ensuring my clients feel that their voices have been heard, while guiding them towards recognizing their full potentials.

Through our time together, you can begin to feel a sense of calm and get back on track to living a purposeful life. As a therapist specializing in life changes & anxiety, I am committed to helping you find more life balance and a sense of inner peace. I work with both individuals and families. With two decades of experience, you can rest easy knowing you are in capable hands. Your life is hectic and choosing a therapist can be overwhelming. If I'm not a fit, I can provide you with referrals. I primarily work with young adults and other helping professionals (teachers, nurses, physicians, and other therapists) who may be struggling with anxiety, perfectionism, family problems, and/or navigating difficult life changes. My clients typically begin to experience gradual relief within 2 months of weekly sessions. I utilize an integrative approach to therapy with strategies from many effective treatment types including ACT, Brainspotting, IFS Informed Parts Work, and Motivational Interviewing. You can expect your experience to be welcoming & casual (never super stuffy or formal). I believe in honoring each person's strengths & consciously creating a space where you can feel free to be your authentic self. Walk & Talk sessions are available in Flagstaff during summer months and in Chandler in the winter. **Now partnering with Mentaya for help in submitting your out-of-network insurance claims. I am committed to making therapy accessible by contracting with Lyra EAP, offering limited sliding scale slots, and accepting HSA and FSA funds. My educational background: 2001 Bachelor of Science in Psychology- University of Michigan-Flint 2006 Master of Social Work University of Michigan- Ann Arbor LCSW in Arizona since 2009

Hi there! My name is Jessica, and my pronouns are she/her/hers. I believe the real job of therapy is to provide a safe place where you get to know yourself better and make changes in your life. My goal is to help you express emotions that are interfering with your life, and guide you through them at your own pace. It is a collaborative process where we work together to explore what you are going through and identify what you are looking to accomplish. It is important to me throughout this process you are feeling heard, understood, and respected. My idea of successful therapy includes you walking out with new ideas and new ways of doing things that fit your personal values and bring you happiness. It is my passion and privilege to join in this journey with you. I provide therapy services for adults, adolescents, and children. I have participated in several trainings over the years centered on play and art therapy techniques.

Hi, I am Marilyn: A dual board certified Psychiatric and Family Nurse Practitioner that is passionate about holistic and integrative health practices as the foundations for sustainable health and wellness. I blend traditional medication management psychiatry with functional and integrative approaches that get to the root of your challenges—not just the symptoms. My care goes beyond medication. We’ll explore how nutrition, sleep, stress, movement, and relationships impact your mental health, and together, we'll create a plan that fits your life and goals. I help adolescents, young adults, and mid-career professionals overwhelmed from cycles of anxiety, depression, and trauma —so they can feel calm, focused, and whole again. Through an integrative approach—blending medication management, therapy, supplements, and lifestyle coaching—I guide my clients in quieting negative self-talk and reclaiming their confidence, clarity, purpose, and joy. I also combine evidence-based therapies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing to learn how your thoughts, feelings and behavior impact each other. Together, we will use this knowledge to shift unhelpful thought patterns, build motivation, and take empowered steps forward—at your own pace. Clients describe me as compassionate, curious, holistic and grounded. I listen deeply, hold space without judgment, and work collaboratively so you feel seen, supported, and in control of your healing journey. If you’re looking for a thoughtful, holistic and integrative approach to mental wellness that honors both science and your story—you’re in the right place. Let’s work together to restore clarity, balance, and peace from the inside out.

Hi, I am glad to see you. Life can get overwhelming and hard to manage on our own. We can feel alone and misunderstood. We can lose touch with ourselves. I’m passionate about creating a space where we can acknowledge these feelings and hardships—one where you feel heard, supported, and safe to explore what you’re going through. Together, we can make sense of your experiences, work toward healing, and reconnect with what brings meaning to your life. I work with clients who may be navigating life transitions, are feeling distressed, or experiencing interpersonal issues. Early on, we will develop a trusting relationship, exploring your current concerns and collaborating to find ways to address them. I often use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Person-Centered, and Strengths- based techniques. After exploring what's brining you into therapy, we will work on increasing your tolerance of certain emotions while living a life that brings you fulfillment and meaning.

In order to grow, a plant must filter what it takes in and uses. The mind is no different as our ability to grow, live, and be happy are shaped by how our minds filter the world around us. At Blooming Minds Therapy, we aid in the development of the tools, skills, and mindsets necessary to overcome the obstacles in life that keep your growth stunted. We will work with you and others you love in order to build a network that not only supports you but encourages each other to grow.

When one feels that they are more in control, they have more confidence in themselves. When one feels out of control and overwhelmed, they are lacking in confidence and often get frustrated. Thankfully there is a way to be a control freak without doing it to others. Control yourself by paying more attention to your emotions, thoughts, and actions. I want to help you do that so you can find more enjoyment out of the things you want to do and less stress doing the things you don't want to do. Let me help you create confidence in yourself to manage better and take control of your life. Some of the most common things I help you gain more control over is stress, anxiety, depression, eating disorders / dysfunctions, emotional management, and relationships.
