College and young adulthood can be an exciting but stressful time. People may see you as focused and driven, but inside you feel more scattered and anxious than they realize. Perfectionism and an internal critic run your schedule. School, work, relationships, finding time for yourself—you feel like it's all too much, but you also worry you're not doing enough. You often say "Yes" when you want to say, "No, I can't handle one more thing!" Trying to manage ADHD, trauma, or just your day-to-day mood on top of everything feels extra exhausting. You wish you could feel balanced, confident, more at ease... maybe even kinder to yourself. I can help you navigate the "typical" aspects of young adulthood that are actually more challenging than they look. We'll focus on what's most important to you, whether that's exploring internal dynamics or learning new skills to cope with the daily tough stuff. My therapy style is interactive, collaborative, and inclusive—both tears and laughter are always welcome. I know starting therapy can feel tough, but finding a great therapist shouldn't be. To that end, I'm happy to offer you a free consultation to answer your questions, connect a bit, and see if I'm a good fit for your therapy needs. Please reach out to schedule a call!

Therapy is not just about treating symptoms; it's a journey of reclaiming who you are beneath the survival strategies, expectations, and inherited stories. I specialize in working with people who feel disconnected from their authentic selves – people who are aching and ready to live with more alignment, clarity, and inner freedom. My role is to serve as a guide: someone who walks beside you as you navigate the terrain of healing, insight, and transformation. Whether you're working through complex trauma, military-related trauma, religious wounding, the aftermath of abuse, anxiety, depression, or the unique challenges of neurodivergence – I offer a space where ALL parts of you are welcome. My approach is deeply person-centered: I believe you are the expert of your own experience. Together, we’ll collaborate to shape a path that reflects your goals, values, and inner wisdom. Using a trauma-informed and integrative style, I draw from modalities like Jungian depth work, parts-work, and narrative reframing. I often incorporate symbol, story, and guided imagery to support deeper insight and self-connection. For those who are spiritually inclined, I also enjoy weaving in faith-based or meaning-centered exploration. As someone who is neurodivergent, I am also passionate about supporting other neurodivergent folks. I offer a shame-free, identity-affirming space where difference is not pathologized, but honored.

Constant low-spoon days, chronic fatigue, a sense of impending doom, or questions around identity may be what brought you here today. You’ve been doing the best you can, but something isn’t working anymore. You don’t have to keep carrying it alone. I’m Kailey, a Licensed Professional Counselor and Board-Certified Art therapist. I specialize in working with chronic illness, LGBTQIA+ clients, and trauma. I help people using a blend of art therapy and DBT-informed skills. Through guided creative work, we slow things down, make emotions and patterns easier to work with, and build tools for regulation, without relying on the “right” words. The process is intentional, supportive, and paced with care. You don’t need to be artistic or know exactly what to say to start. Therapy with me is collaborative and paced with care, focused on creating a space that feels contained and supportive rather than overwhelming. If you’re looking for a creative, structured approach to therapy that meets you where you are, I invite you to reach out.

I primarily work with individuals struggling with compulsive behavior, including sex/porn addiction, codependency, internet/social media addiction, and problem spending/debting. Addiction is meant to make you feel less. It provides temporary numbing for lifelong pain. You feel trapped, depressed, angry, anxious, guilty, and afraid when you can't stop. Recovering from compulsive behavior, though not easy, is possible and has been accomplished many times. But it does require a complete change in beliefs and attitude, along with how to deal with life and its problems. Getting out of your head and taking action is the next indicated step. Listen to your mind and body - it's time to stop treating yourself so badly. I can help you learn to help yourself. You can become your own best advocate. All are welcome in my office, including those from BIPOC and LGBTQIA communities.

I have worked with a large range of college students from all walks of life, and I enjoy working with this population. I find that my practice is most effective for those who are mostly ready to engage deeply with their own needs for growth and change. I work best with students who are expressive and willing to be open about the challenges they are facing. If you are someone who is ready to show up to work on the things that are most important to you, we will be a great match. Together, we will focus on finding your own solutions for living and ways to buff the resilience needed to navigate the unique pressures of campus life, academic stress, and personal transitions. To make support as accessible as possible for busy student schedules, I provide all services via a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. This allows you to engage in meaningful, private sessions from the comfort of your own space, whether you are between classes or at home. Ready to start? I invite you to reach out for an initial consultation to see how we can work together toward your goals.

I am a life transition therapist. I help adults overcome anxiety and the unknown in order to step into new seasons of life with confidence and hope. Transitions can be exhausting. A breakup, leaving your country or the place you used to live or work, losing your health, starting college or grad school are moments when your inner coping resources could fail. Also, when you lose a loved one, you may feel estranged and angry for a long period, and traumatized too. Finding a safe space to heal and learn new coping strategies can make a difference. Working with me you will learn new tools to navigate into safe emotional shores. I have worked for 16 years treating anxious and depressed mood, trauma, the integration of contents of dreams and nightmares, somatic and relationship issues, themes of personal growth. My approach is psychodynamic and integrative, promoting a body-mind-spirit connection. I do trauma-informed, attachment, body focused, and cognitive behavioral interventions. It has been my privilege to hold the space for those who are in deep emotional pain, witness their wisdom as they make meaning of their suffering until they feel ready to move on. I will be a trustworthy and respectful listener during your healing journey, and we will work together in a cooperative manner. We all look for empathy, understanding, and connection in our lives and relationships. When moving through the world with a non-dominant identity, it can be difficult to find acceptance, confidence and a sense of belonging. As a biracial Chamoru woman, I have been navigating these struggles throughout my life. I hope to work with others who are looking to cultivate relationships with their core identities, while navigating the challenges related to systems of oppression. My clients often identify as people of color, LGBTQ+, disabled, and/or chronically ill, as well as part of nerd, geek or techie communities. I work best with clients who are looking to build a warm, trusting, and collaborative counseling relationship. Relationships can be powerful and I believe that healing begins with feeling that you are being genuinely heard and cared for. If you think we may be a good fit, I warmly encourage you to reach out! I provide a free consultation appointment where we can get to know each other and assess your needs. Currently, I only offer online counseling to Oregon residents.
